Most clients describe the treatment as mildly uncomfortable rather than painful. We work carefully to ensure your treatment is as comfortable as possible.
You may experience some redness and sensitivity after treatment, similar to mild sunburn. This usually settles within 24–48 hours depending on your skin and treatment intensity.
Many clients notice a glow after just one session, however a course of 3–6 treatments is recommended for concerns such as acne scarring, pigmentation, or fine lines and are recommended to be spaced 1 month apart.
Your skin will often appear brighter and smoother within a few days, with collagen production continuing to improve over the following weeks.

- Excessive sweating, hotbaths/showers, steam rooms, saunas, swimming, jacuzzi and exercise.
- Sun exposure

Yes — microneedling is highly effective for improving the appearance of acne scars by encouraging collagen remodelling and skin renewal.
We recommend wearing an SPF of at least 30 when out and about every day plus avoiding direct sun exposure (sunbathing) for a month post treatment.
